Site Manager – Cork

About the Role

A leading Irish main contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join its team in Cork.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established contractor delivering high-quality construction projects across the region, with strong career progression and a secure pipeline of work.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of construction projects.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and programme.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and the wider project team.
• Manage site resources, materials, and project documentation.

Requirements

• Relevant construction degree or trade qualification.
• 5+ years' experience in a Site Manager role.
• Experience working with a main contractor or subcontractor.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Good knowledge of Irish building regulations and Health & Safety standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
