An established and highly respected residential developer is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their growing team on a high-quality housing development in Dundalk, Co. Louth.

The Role
You will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all day-to-day site operations on a residential development.
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site personnel.
- Ensure works are completed in line with programme and quality requirements.
- Maintain the highest Health & Safety standards on site.
- Liaise with the Project Manager, Engineers, design team, and clients.
- Monitor progress and resolve any on-site issues efficiently.
- Ensure all works comply with building regulations and company procedures.
- Maintain accurate site records and reporting.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience as a Site Manager with a main contractor or residential developer.
- Strong residential construction experience is essential.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Proven ability to deliver projects safely and on programme.
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and quality management.
- Trade background or relevant construction qualification is desirable.
