The Opportunity

An established Tier one construction contractor specialising in Data Centres, Life Sciences, Aviation, High Value Manufacturing and Commercial projects, is seeking an experienced Site Manager with building experience to join a high-performing project team in Dublin.

 

The Role

You will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to a high standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily site operations, subcontractors and site teams.
  • Ensure health & safety, quality and client expectations are consistently met.
  • Coordinate and programme works in line with project requirements.
  • Monitor progress and report key issues to the Project Manager / Contracts Manager.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, subcontractors and supply chain.
  • Ensure quality finishes and minimise rework.
  • Work closely with the Project QS to identify and manage upcoming issues.

About You

  • Strong construction and project delivery experience.
  • Proven Site Management experience, ideally across building projects.
  • Strong understanding of quality, programme and site coordination.
  • Excellent communication and people-management skills.
  • Good client and stakeholder relationship skills.
  • Commercially aware with sound judgement under pressure.
  • IT literate, including MS Office and MS Project or similar.
