Job Title: Site Manager

An established main contractor is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a 25-unit timber frame residential development in Drogheda, Co. Louth. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day site operations, quality control, and programme management. With a strong pipeline of future work in Drogheda and County Meath, this role offers long-term stability and career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery of housing project from groundworks to handover
- Supervise all on-site activity, including subcontractors, labour, and materials
- Ensure adherence to programme timelines, health & safety standards, and quality benchmarks
- Coordinate site logistics, deliveries, and resource planning
- Report regularly to project management and liaise with design and technical teams
- Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and snagging reviews
- Maintain detailed site records, reports, and documentation
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing residential construction projects, preferably timber frame
- Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations and industry best practices
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities concurrently
- Valid Safe Pass, manual handling, and other relevant site certifications
- Full clean driving licence
