Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Site Manager to oversee a large residential apartment project in Belfast. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing and delivering apartment projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring the project is completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Lead and manage site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Ensure all work meets the required standards and specifications, conducting regular inspections and audits.
  • Implement and maintain rigorous health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily logs, reports, and documentation.
  • Monitor and control project expenses, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager, with a focus on residential apartment projects.
  • Valid CSCS card, SMSTS certification, and First Aid at Work.
  • In-depth understanding of construction processes, building regulations, and health and safety standards.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Competence in using project management software and other relevant IT tools.
