As a prominent main contractor, they are dedicated to excellence in construction and delivering projects that showcase innovation, quality, and attention to detail.
Position Overview:
We are looking for an accomplished Site Manager to lead the successful execution of a signature house build project in Leixlip. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in managing technically challenging projects, demonstrating strong leadership skills, and ensuring the highest standards of construction delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the signature house build project, ensuring it meets or exceeds client expectations in terms of quality, schedule, and budget.
- Utilise your technical knowledge to manage and overcome challenges associated with the construction of high-value and complex residential structures.
- Develop and implement comprehensive construction plans, considering project specifications, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Lead and motivate a skilled project team, including subcontractors, to achieve project milestones and quality benchmarks.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with the client, addressing concerns, providing updates, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
- Uphold the highest standards of health and safety on-site, ensuring all activities comply with regulations and industry best practices.
- Proactively identify and address project issues, providing timely and effective solutions to keep the project on track.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on high-value construction projects, preferably in the residential sector.
- Technical expertise in managing complex and architecturally significant builds.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
Education and Experience:
- Relevant degree or equivalent in construction management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Manager on projects of similar complexity and value.
