The Role

As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a 25-unit apartment scheme, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing all on-site construction activities from commencement through to completion.
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour to achieve programme milestones.
• Maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, environmental, and quality compliance.
• Monitoring project progress and implementing solutions to keep works on schedule.
• Carrying out quality inspections and ensuring all work meets company and regulatory standards.
• Working closely with the Project Manager, engineers, and design team to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Managing site logistics, materials, and resources efficiently.
• Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

The successful candidate will have:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering residential apartment or housing developments.
• A strong understanding of construction sequencing, quality assurance, and programme management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• A thorough knowledge of Irish building regulations and health & safety legislation.
• The ability to lead site teams and drive projects through to successful completion.
• Relevant construction qualifications together with valid Safe Pass and other required site certifications.
