Site Supervisor – Civils
Location: Co. Mayo

A respected contractor known for delivering quality civil engineering and utilities work across regional projects is recruiting an experienced Site Supervisor (Civils).
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise civils works on site (earthworks, drainage, ducting, utilities, roadworks)
- Coordinate subcontractors and labour to deliver work safely, on time, and on budget
- Monitor quality, programme, and compliance with method statements
- Report to Site Agent / Project Manager and keep accurate site records
- Lead toolbox talks and enforce safe working practices
Requirements
- Previous experience supervising civils construction sites
- Strong technical knowledge of civils works and sequencing
- Team leadership and organisational skills
- Safety qualification (Safe Pass / SSSTS or equivalent preferred)
- Full clean driving licence
