Key Responsibilities:

Manage all technical and food safety systems on-site (HACCP, BRC, and customer codes)

Oversee internal and external audits and ensure full compliance with standards

Maintain technical documentation and QMS procedures

Liaise with customers on specifications, audits, and product quality requirements

Lead the technical team to ensure food safety and quality culture across the site

Drive continuous improvement initiatives in technical and compliance areas
What You’ll Need:

Strong technical or quality experience within the food manufacturing sector

Excellent understanding of HACCP, BRC, and retailer standards

Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment

Degree in Food Science, Quality, or a related discipline desirable
