Training Manager – Fire & Security Systems
Belfast | Office-based | Monday–Friday 8.30am–5pm | Salary open depending on experience
We’re working with a long-established fire & security company who’ve just created a brand-new role within their Belfast office — they’re on the lookout for a Training Manager to take the lead in developing and upskilling their team of engineers.
This one’s ideal for someone who’s spent time on the tools and knows the ins and outs of fire & security systems, but now wants to move into something a bit different — passing on knowledge, developing others, and building technical capability across the team.
You’ll be based on-site in the Belfast office day to day, running hands-on training sessions, helping engineers brush up on specific systems, and creating structured development plans. Every so often you’ll head out to client sites alongside the engineers to give a bit of practical support — but it’s very much an office-based role.
It’s a new position for the business, so there’s plenty of freedom to shape it your way. The salary is open at this stage — they’re happy to chat to people at different levels to see what the market looks like.
If you’re an experienced engineer or supervisor with strong knowledge across fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, or access control and you like the idea of helping others get better at what they do — this could be a great move.
