Projects: Across Leinster (Fire remediation and new builds)

A well-established construction contractor is seeking to appoint an experienced Working Foreman to support ongoing fire remediation and new build projects across Leinster.
This is a hands-on role suited to a candidate who is comfortable working on the tools when required, while also taking responsibility for leading a small site team and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations across multiple projects
- Lead and coordinate a small team of trades and subcontractors
- Work on the tools when required to support programme delivery
- Ensure works are completed in line with drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Monitor programme progress and report updates to management
- Maintain site records and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
- Liaise with site management, clients, and subcontractors as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Working Foreman or Senior Tradesperson in construction
- Strong background in residential, remediation, or similar project types
- Ability to read drawings and manage site activities independently
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Full clean driving licence (essential)
- Flexibility to travel across Leinster projects
